David Lloyd has operated in the charity sector for more than 20 years, working in development and fundraising across the globe. This has involved work on both sides of the Atlantic and many years of cross-cultural experience including eight years living in the Middle East.
David established his consultancy in early 2022 to fulfil his desire to help equip many charities with the skills and knowledge to grow their organisations in a relational, intentional, and sustainable way, with great communication at the heart of all they do.
David is based near Oxford and works regularly with clients in London and all around the UK.

More about David
Following graduation, David’s first 20 years were spent in business and media including training as a newspaper journalist and then deputy editor before working as a magazine editor and then moving into public relations.
David’s consultancy is his way of bringing together his comms and development expertise and experience to enable charities - CEOs and their teams - to thrive.
David currently works with more than half-a-dozen charities on a regular basis and consults with other charities for key projects, including capital campaigns. His training courses are designed to enable more charities to better understand the development process and apply all they learn.
